"On exactly the tenth day of this seventh month is the day of atonement; it shall be a holy convocation for you, and you shall humble your souls and present an offering by fire to ADONAI." (Leviticus 23:27) Yom Kippur is a day of prayer, fasting, and repentance pointing us toward judgement day. We traditionally wear white to symbolize purity and forgiveness. "... though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall become like wool." (Isaiah 1:18)
Meet with us though for Yom Kippur service, we will be holding in person service starting at 7pm
In addition to afflicting our souls as Biblically commanded (through a day of complete fasting), it is a tradition to wear white during this day. Come and join us, as we celebrate the great mercies of our Father as provided through he work of our Messiah (Yeshua/Jesus), as He provides the atonement for us as our High Priest, join us to commemorate His marvellous work.
